Update 12/17/06
Jarad (jpmart) designed a new desktop on the Street Team page that is pretty cool. Check it out.
An organizational meeting is possibly in the works for right after Christmas sometime. Talks at the last meeting mentioned that this upcoming meeting would possibly be during the afternoon to allow for some skating at Bayou Cane Fire Department where the meeting will be. It may also include reps from Terrebonne Parish and Hammond Skate Park to further or goals for the Houma/Terrebonne Skatepark. You know you're going to want to break in that new board Santa is bringing you. Check here for updates on this meeting soon.
Update 11/22/06
Check out the Street Team page for stuff you can download like flyers and desktop images and such. Here you can either download and print or get code for MySpace sites. Spread the word!
Also, Happy Thanksgiving to everyone out there. Everyone involved is thankful for all efforts in this cause.

In addition to the forums the web calendar is up. Still working the kinks out of it but you will be able to view it for dates and times of events related to our efforts. I have also posted some useful links and I am gathering more to post any resources needed. Please submit links, info, or any other content you want to see here to webmaster@houmaskatepark.com. |
